See you there Nick:thumbup:
Good news (I think!) got my number today - 419 so filling up fast!
Judging by the conditions on the Chevin this morning (specifically Great Dib), Rombalds is going to be very errr... interesting this year. I predict some very deep mud, lots of slipping about, and not so many course PB's as last year. Had to walk the entire climb up the Chevin simply because of how slippery it was. Hope it dries out (but only a little) before the day comes :)
Well I'm in but I'm really not sure if I'm going to be able to run or not, depends on what happens at the hospital over the next few weeks.
How easy is it to transfer a place to someone else if needs be?
The rules on the route/entry sheet sent out just say Competitors Must: Obtain written permission from the organisers for any proposed transfer of entries prior to the event. Given there was no 'experience/ability' check on the original entry form I'd say it's pretty straightforward.
