Came back same way :) I've got map out and a clockwise loop back above Brown Hill then by Noska Head and Miry Pant looks good (what great names). I live in Addingham and run or walk up the Beacon most weeks. Fave route is probably up the ginnel and back the way the BOFRA race goes up ;)Quote:

3.7 miles round liile citadelle park - very flat
1 sloppy hour up Hamelden and thereabouts. Bit of a dusting of snow last night but no build up, even on the tops. Feel a little looser now than before I set off, had to give myself a good talking to to get out.

An excellent session on the track at the velodrome :) Pb-ed on the 500m TT and managed to end up mid-field in the 40 lap points race... with the guys that I could never keep up with a couple of months ago, so I must be getting faster :D
Shortly will be going for a trot in my new X-Talons :D:D
