I would never eat anything the same colour as those monstrous abominations. Though it did make it easy to spot Merrylegs coming in to the finish at Duddon today.

Oh yeah, how did the pony sun bathing and fell running extravaganza go? Gossip please. I did a 5K road race and then went to the pub.
