And anyone got a cure for a sore (back of) knee? Raced at Hawkswick yesterday and did alright (for my very modest talents...6th V45:) ) but I woke up this morning and it was all stiff and it's got sorer as the day's gone on. And there's Ambleside on Thursday!!! :eek:
