I've upped my score for February and even managed to beat tinder sticks.
Winter Hill lived up to its name and I think I thrived in the conditions. Ricky Lightfoot won in 1hr 40.08. I managed 2hrs1.49 for 78 points I think. :w00t:

Hiya Daz, 77 for me today in the aptly named winter hill race. Good running Dan, nice one.
Good to see you at Anglezarke, Andy. Onwards and upwards; things can only get better. Glad you noted the fastest finishing time because the timekeepers struggled to work it out when I asked them. They gave up in the end even though only a handful had finished at that point. The organiser said he'd put a list of names and times on the South Lancs LDWA website. I'll keep my fingers crossed because the last time they did that was in 2009!
Daz, 83 Anglezarke points for me please (4:29 compared with 3:50).
Daz - can I play too please? If so, please can you put me down for 41 points from the Wadsworth Trog (4:29 plays 2:49). Upcoming races: Coledale.
Thanks
Reverand - not sure if we want to be allowing XC generally, but maybe Nationals would be OK! what does anybody else think?
Vic - Welcome Aboard!

oh, and here's dom's calculator: http://www.nblg.co.uk/champ/
Only done and doing the 1 race in feb. Not quite the result (time) I'd bargained on but hey ho. 36 paltry points please for winter hill
I'm going to do Cloud 9 next month, it should be a bit more of a race than Peat Pits 2 (which I will still do as well).
Evening Daz!
Wadsworth Trog will be my only outing in February - was originally planning Ilkley Moor, but then the mighty Bantams only went & got themselves to a proper Wembley final.......decisions, decisions? Nah!
So, after rolling in just over an hour after the evergreen Karl Gray, I reckon my points for February are 60 (3.57.20 against 2.49.11)
Next up will be another long outing at Edale, where I don't suppose the front-runners will be too concerned about the disastrous effect they'll have on our points tally!
Keep up the good work & don't forget, it's the Ian Roberts race from Marsden CC on 10th March - all Forumites & Champs Contenders welcome!
Hi Daz. You missed my 64 points for the Anglezarke Amble off. I need every point I can get at the moment!
emmi - Well Done at Winter Hill, that's a toughie! I registered my lowest points (4!) there last year
Splatcher - Oops! should be rectified below...
