Another short 4 miler on the roads tonight.
Hour off-road from White Lion. Probably last headtorcher of the winter
Which with the clocks now changing for me is fantastic news - at long last I can poddle off into the hills for a random run when I get in from work. In fact last night I got home from work early and managed an hours run up, over and around High Hill and Attermire Scar which was lovely.
I haven't done much 'head torchering' this winter due in part to always being too bleeding knackered (my usual get up time in the week is 05:20 am), when not knackered struggling to be bothered  and when bothered and not knackered then being more than a little wary of crocking myself..... the risk of which is huge were I too for instance join in on any of the Wharfedale/Keighley 'timed' training runs (they bring out the lunatic in me :D). This past winter, mid week's been a grind of grabbing mileage where and when I can and hopefully that grind stops here for the next six months!
Stolly, Keighley and Craven's Wednesday night runs wil be reverting to our summer tour of the area from various carefully selected real ale pubs in next week or two  Brett puts a list up on the club web-site ;)
6.2 mile on Pex Hill last night followed by a 3 mile road run at 6am this morning very windy around here this morning.
Been over to Malham this afternoon. Ran to the Cove, up Watlowes towards the tarn, over to Mastilles Lane, across and up to Weet's Top, down to Airton and back along the Pennine Way :) Stopped off for fish and chips on way home too
