errr been for a meal with family
cocked up though

thought the meal was 7.30 so i finished work and went for a run across the hills, crossed the field near my mums and literally my family passed me in the car on the way to the meal:eek:
my mum shouted your late amanda is going bananas
so i sprinted home , showered rapid and we went to meet the family for a meal
so my 10mile run was cut short to 8 miles:(
