Did I not want to get out of bed this morning, hayfever (?) or a cold not sure which, still got until tonight to feel better, Shining Tor should kill me off completely!

weird - I'm exactly the same - walked the dogs this morning and could hardly breathe - pollen count high??? wouldn't have thought so with this weather but does feel like hayfever:(

dosing myself up with ester c and achinacea though just in case it is a cold!
