No, i just plodded on in the end, i saw a podiatrist, which i have to say i was not very impressed, i saw a health trainer, but wasn't given much help, i bought a book, which helps, have had loads of advice, again helps, but i keep getting to go and something comes up.
I have a theory if i lose more weight my ankles and shins might get better, just abit weak. I have lost 15lb upto now, which isn't so bad!
A swift 10 miler, ran up all the climbs i normally walk up, they seem molehills compared to what i've been up since saturday, sure i'll be walking up them again soon:rolleyes:

Just back in from steady 4mile sort-of-recovery run on flat roads. :p
Last night - 3 x 1 mile hill reps, each ~500ft. Hard hour to do as it was chucking it down and flippin' freezing! :(
Very early doors long run on the hills tomorrow....(if I can get out of bed)
Splendid run up Simon's Seat c 5ml / 1000ft from Appletreewick followed by couple of pints and a very nice steak and ale pie with chips and extra gravy :cool: Excellent start to summer Friday social club runs :)
16 miles along the Thames towpath in 2 hrs 10. Every minute a bloody trial thanks to sciatica.
Nice n flat though :rolleyes:
