Great day - thank you to all the organisers. Really enjoyed myself.
I found the list shortly after posting and am contacting my Doctor because thats the only way we will run Ian and Marks time!!!!
I have to say a big well done to the rest of my team today, it was a great day for us (Holmfirth Harriers) its the 1st time we have been in the 1st 3 since 1986. well done halifax for a great event.
Trying to persuade and our Glossopdale headtorch sporting runners that they should be affiliated to the Brighouse High School who took 17:12:42 for the whole event, 17hours ????????????????????????
Definitely a great day for Holmfirth yesterday - so much so that I decided to wear the club centenary tie for work today. Sorry if that's a little sad.
Excellent to watch our leg 6 pair finish with most of the rest of the team there to cheer them in. Just what makes this relay such a brilliant event - many thanks to all the organisers and helpers.
Can the amber vests go one (or two) places better next year???
Well Done to Preston.
Im well chuffed with 22nd. And me and my partner got the 15th fastest on our leg. Not bad.
I wasn't having a go, thanks for the explanation. It's just a friend of mine did the whole thing on his own in 11 and I couldn't understand how it was so slow or in the dark, or how leg 4 was done in 32 minutes (my leg) :) Anybody who does any of this fast or slow is a star. I'm commiting to run every leg there and back (separately of course) in the New Year with my Wormstone (wife)
