Have in mind mate that my weight it fully dressed including shoes, jeans and a soft-shell jacket, therefore 4lb or so over my 'naked' weight' ;)

It's not a matter of getting down, more a matter of how low you can go!

Dread to think what I weigh after a few days away :o
