11.4 miles along Thames towpath, 1hr26
every moment of it *&%*^%@ agony
3 miles of uphill hell followed by a 1 mile plunge back to earth and a 2 mile run on the flat back home. Mainly around Mossley and grotton
5 miler up and over Norland Moor and back, warm, ran topless.
Pics are of the steep climb through the woods and a view from the top looking back towards Ripponden and Rishworth Moor:)
No running to report yet but I managed 8ml or so walk over Beamsley Beacon and Round Hill area late afternoon/early evening today. Best part of the day weather-wise and I didn't see a soul :)

it passed alittle time whilst waiting for mrs tallpaul to go into labour.

8 plus miles walkng on wearnside passed some rather large people, made pudgy look slim :p and roger anorexic:rolleyes:
