Oh good. Generally I am ok with stairs, apart from when I have done too many squats (or drank too much Crabbies), so perhaps you could help LFF :D.
Apparently it's a good idea to hold on to the hand rail.
Reassuringly, there are people stationed at the bottom of the stairs, monitoring usage.
