Yep, couldn't stay away! :) Bin having a rest day from running ahead of tomorrow's Kendal Windter League race at Helm. Mind had to pick up a bevvy of jobs around the house :( - though did escape for a tad on a brainwave of taking bored-step-daughter-thingy up local hill for a walk. :p
