Maybe 15 or 16 miles on Saturday up Whernside from Ingleton, across to Ingleborough and back down, circa 8 yesterday up over Smearsett Scar and back via Moughton to Helwith Bridge and perhaps as many as three tonight up and down the hill out back :).
Good race with lightning flash all around. felt pretty good but made a dire route choice which dumped me well back with all the other runners in the distace when we came back:(. absolutely caned in the second half and caught 5 other runners.Quote:
