Note to self, don't go away for 6 weeks and leave a Tesco Egg & Cress sandwich in a fridge which has been turned off for the duration.
Smelly! :o

UUUURRRRGH!!!!!!!! Brings back bad memories of when my dad went to Iceland for 5 months, and I went to check on the house after he'd been gone around about a month... He'd chucked some fish in the bin the night before he left and not emptied it. If that weren't bad enough, the fridge had grown a layer of mould all over it's insides by the day before he got back. Half wished I hadn't gone round with some supplies to get him going again, as once I'd looked in the fridge I then had to clean it.
Can't beat a good post run brew http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/t...ritish_Tea.gif with some chocky biscuits to accompany it
I left a flask on a shelf, over a radiator once. kept looking at it thinking 'I really must clean that out!'. One day there was an almighty BANG!! When I went out in the hall, where said shelf/flask was, there was a very putrid smell, 'stuff' all over the place and a big dent in the ceiling where the stopper had struck!! :o
'Cheddars' are half price at Morrisons at the moment nom nom nom
Either I have travelled into the future or my Casio watch doesn't recognise leap years ?
Not on mine apparently http://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_man.../en/qw1950.pdf Must be the Peter Pan model for the person who never wants to age
The cat jumped up on by keyboard this morning when I was working and it wouldn't move without me lifting it off. After it had been removed I noticed it had left the word 'WAGE' behind on my screen. Is it just a set of letters close together on the keyboard that it hit randomly or a serious request for a fair day's pay for a fair day's entertainment (backdated 10 years ):D
I'd be worried Alf. Too clever that cat.
Does depend on the cat, they can be devious little buggers
My cats aren't. My cats are thick.
It does help. One cat is currently on 2xtablets and 1xsquirt of medicine per day. I just open her mouth, shove them in and job's a good 'un. Don't think she really knows what's happened :)
Found a little pink tablet on the carpet this morning  More devious than I thought, that cat.
Today I wrapped it up in ham - she gobbled it up
Damn! My home running area has burnt down
Just hope the sheep made it out alive. I consider many of them personal friends :o

QAH these days :closed:
Just me then!?
Just returning from the pie shop I noticed a 'runners' race sign by the sign of the main road and thought that would come in handy tonight as a training run but after a quick google of the local running club it turns out it was last night http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/tt8/midgebit/doh.gif
There was, apparently, some kind of road race in my village the other night!! No-one invited me!!!
CAH (Chaos Around Here) Stef is packing for a MM and there's kit everywhere, including obligatory kitchen scales to weigh kit
I've only done two MM's but I loved that bit where you're sorting gear before the off!!....taking stuff out, putting it back in, cutting you're toothbrush in half....
My MM's definately weren't too serious!! Back in tonight on overtime!!! :)
Nearly weekend! Just got to get through circuits next then survive till lunch!
The cat went to the vets yesterday and had 6 teeth out and its still trying to get the bandage off its paw where the drip was fitted. Its doing a very good impression of Dr Strangelove at the moment :D
