If you don`t know by now it`s the Hope fell race on Wednesday this week. Mens and Ladies 1st places up for grabs as last years winners might be otherwise engaged. Probably best trophys in the uk! Well certainly in the Peak.
Great prizes from RAB and OUTSIDE with spot prizes and fantastic flapjacks. If you havn`t run it then come and give us a try. A warm welcome assured.
and Global Therapies will be at the race for pre and post-race sports massages or just general advice about injury/rehab issues.

No worries Mark. Seems that their selfish school is running some kind of "sports day" today so they won't be at the junior race.
