Cool - think we're going flagging at about 14.30-15.00 - but in 3 teams on 5 mile sections, Back for a pint...

Was planning to but been ill for 3 weeks so training not up to the standard necessary fro this tough race. Good luck everyone.

Well I'll keep you informed, it'll give me a bit of a recce if nowt else. I'm fairly sure there's at least 3 of us coming, would have been more then twice that but as mudlugger said, injuries have ruled a few out

Evening Dylan - elite/winning time will be just over 2 hours, faster runners doing 2 and half to 3 hours, steady runners will do 3 and half - take it easy and you could easy do 4! Which do you reckon you will be?
Parking is in a field at the top end of village (not bowling club as stated on website - we will update web site tomorrow) - don't worry their will be marshalls waving you in (£1 to church).
