I was about 2 mins and 20 places behind my average when I have a degree of fitness. However having done very little at all the last 3 weeks other than drink, and very little for the 5 months before that given injury I am delighted with my time all things considered. Perhaps I should take up Bretts training advice of pub, pub and pub.
