It looks early days for Strava usage for fellrunners but it'll only get busier I think. Not everyone will be out there buying GPSs but as they'll be getting more common on phones there will be a few more using them.

Do you get a message then if someone beats your KOM? I took one and the guy sent me a nice note that evening. I'll be out tonight targetting a couple more. :-)

I just did a quality segment.. need to upload it.. probably the most famous 100ft of running in the world..

Love using it!

Gutted today though when I got back from a run and I didn't lock my phone, so it paused the run very early into it.

Luckily I could add the run manually, minus the elevation and segments....not a complete failure!

Can't see myself running/cycling without it now!

My segment existed.. rocky's steps at Philly art museam.

But its 100m long.. I did 20 seconds.. leader is 3 seconds.. next 12,then 13,15 etc etc.. 3-12 seconds is some gap..

I quite fancy giving them names like rock climbs. "Brewing up with Morley Wood" is my all time favourite.
