Decided to hit my leg with an iron mallet this afternoon unintentionally - within seconds I had an extra large egg shaped lump sticking out - rushed to the freezer for the bag of frozen peas and it went down quickly and I've been out walking for half an hour no problem - yet!!?
Back still knackered, can't run but walked 8 hilly miles with dog.

I just burst mine and get some surgical spirit on them, hurts like hell but hardens the skin up quickly, works for me.Quote:
