10.25 mile on the roads tonight joined by Sinatra and Tryfan for 4 mile of it.
After struggling with achilles tendinitis for past 3 weeks it was good to get out for 40 mins tonight:) - and even better is that the achilles although still sore hasn't tightened up at all :).
5 miles round Regents Park. Lovely sunny day. Maybe I've been doing London a dis-service all these years!
7 miles orienteering yesterday and a nice 3 miles on the canal today
Hour or so recovery run up onto Addingham Moorside and back, followed by fish and chips then a steady walk home :cool:
