I got the chance to weigh myself properly and am actually 70kg or 154 lbs. Doesn't amke much difference to the table.

Roast pork dinner with extra crackling plus home-made crumble and ice cream
Sausage baguette (large, several sausages)

You'll have the edge on me now for a week or two DT.
Been on the wrong stuff for weight loss since birthday.
Now on half term so no gym and food too easy to come by at home.
Pendle recce tomorrow should help focus start to come back.

Unfortunately I ate that lot too except I had a healthy salad and baguette in place of the ham egg and chips.
He missed off the booze and ice creams......I almost had to drag him away to stop him going back for a secong ice cream :rolleyes:
