I was overcome by a chest infection overnight and it feels as if a team of Italian waiters has been at work my thorax with industrial strength Parmesan graters. Any temptation I may have had to ignore this was dealt with firmly by Mrs Tussockface and I find myself confined to barracks.
I'm just off to unpack my kit and tip my sport drink down the plughole.
