We stopped alot really, like waiting for people to catch up...or simply just to stop and talk for a while. So i think we could have knocked a lot of time off had we run non-stop...but it wouldnt have been half as good fun :DQuote:

Three hours Al, but that includes you lot standing in the carpark, extremely reluctant to get going until I decide to start running up those stairs :) And ALL our extended stops... I reckon in running time we took no more than 2hrs 15 minutes...
