Hilly 10-miler on Friday evening in the North Downs. 1hr 20m, not bad for me.

Then spent the whole weekend in the pub more or less, to undo all the good work.

Cloudberries are the white one that look a bit like white Blackberries
Cowberies are more like Cranberries. look like Bilberries except red.
