A light 2.5 mile round Sefton Park last night after photographing the Sefton Park 5 Mile Race.
Steady run up Beamsley Beacon last night with club. Feeling fragile today after overdoing re-hydration in the Swan afterwards :(
10 x running up 8 storeys of stairs fast as poss, 90 seconds up and the same down ...
Barefoot hill reps 1hr 10 minutes
i was out doing hill reps for 1hr 10 minutes. 5*3 minutes 5*5 minutes and then one rep to the top of the hill that took about 7 or 8 minutes
last major training sesh before borrowdale tomorrow: would you do -
a) 40 mins of 5 big hill reps; or
b) 10-mile hilly trail run?
