Is there a protocol for replacements? Can it be done on the day or must it be done in advance? Can't find info on AR website.

Hi gents,

Are either of you still looking for a partner for Saturday? I'm pulling out after an old injury came back to haunt me on my last long run before the event (sod's law and all that) but my partner still wants to go and get round it.

He said he's not be the fastest but he has completed it before so knows the route and his nav is good, he's a very good orienteer alongside the fell running.

If either of you are still looking let me know.

I am still keen, tho getting to the start could be an issue as I now don't have a car. I live just south of Penrith so if a lift was available too that would be great. I could offer a room for the night before if that helps?
