ah, we used to frolic with gay abandon at all hours of the day and night! But that was when the interweb thing was new and a novelty. Joshing with your electronic mates was addictive and fun. Now, its not new, there are many competing interests and a new generation are shifting their allegiance elsewhere....bit like the swarms of new shoe choices overwhelming the original and best!

Weather is horrible, I try to train but day after day of sloshing through mud and slipping over, whilst buffeted by wind and rain saps the motivation.
I don't mind going out running in crap weather - some of the time - but this is ridiculous, no pleasure.
I may just sit here and wait for someone to say something interesting............
