oh, and here's dom's calculator: http://www.nblg.co.uk/champ/
I won't be going to Peat Pits - bad case of man 'flu and haven't ran for over a week - feel like I have no lungs, or muscles.
4th in the table eh? Long time since I've been that near the top in anything. And that pesky BritNick just 2 points ahead of me, with the Calderdale Hike coming up. You'd better be training hard Nick!
I am somehow in both 2nd and 6th positions, not the kind of positions i'm normally in. I have entered the Calderdale Hike as well and after my good performance at the Hobble i am looking forward to it.
May possibly do Midgley Moor at the weekend but I can see one of the quick CVFR boys turning up, so cant see that i would beat my hobble score. As for the rest of april nothing else planned, although i will get over to Haworth for a bunny run at some point and will get the odd midweeker in too. Future races past that, Fairfield/Tod Boundary Walk and possibly Jura for May, Buttermere for June and Wasdale for July.
Dan
Please can I nudge my March score up to 60. Rivington Pike today, winner: 18.04, me 25:23.
Daz, could I trouble you for 95 from Llanthony FR please. Best result ever for me - 4th.
A race that had everything, very heavy muddy fields, torrential rain, sleet, snow and hail stones.
Thanks
March points for me. Cautley was my best with 29 ( winner 30.24, me 52.06). Shame that I couldn't count my points night race on pendle where my tortoise tactics beat some of the young hares including my 18year old. Still waiting for results of the Simons seat night race, but ian Holmes floated over the snow and I didn't, so no great hopes on increasing my points!
