Just started to lightly flurry in the Kinder foothills

None here in Wakefield area but saw a car in Leeds city centre this morning with several inches on bonnet and roof :cool:

Same on our side, I had Snow tyres fitted to the car yesterday. An old down jacket, sleeping bag, a shovel and some carpet also reside in the boot.
Clouds are looking heavy though...

Settling here in places, half an inch or so, but the ground is still a tad too warm and wet.

No snow here... nor was there any sign of any yesterday on the way to Aberystwyth and back... I just hope it holds off and isn't going to mess up this weekends plans, which involve cycling and driving to various places...

Anyone live near the East Yorkshire coast? Were due to travel to the Staithes area tomorrow for a long weekend as part of Mr Piglets birthday celebration (s) :wink: Would appriciate an update on the condition of the roads? We have already decided not to travel over the moors from Pickering.
