First half-decent run since achilles treatment - 6.3 miles from home (55mins) - even did a few short hills!!

Kudos to you ML. Just back from my first venture back on to Pendle. A very slow and tough 5mi (approx). I forgot how much it hurts starting anew.

Still, first one under my belt: I can only improve from here.

5.25 mile road run early this morning. Quite a breezy morning up around Blundells Hill.

2hr 50min round Embsay Moor for me this afternoon with Dave C. Blew away a few cobwebs ;):cool:

I did a 20 minute trot up and round the Coppice tonight after work!!! LDWA here I come.......:)
