My running today involved a 4*400 relay which was ok as we were miles in the lead by my anchor leg so i could ease up. 62 seconds.
And before that 800m which i was chuffed with 2:06.

Wednesday was an extended excursion ex shed up Porter Valley the steep little climb to Ringinglow over to Limb Valley got lost ended up on Hathersage road, nearly dark by the time I got back but had the countryside to myself
Unlike todays walk (sorry) again up the valley then to Rud Hill then across Burbage moor and across from Long Line to the Limb valley and home again.
had a cracking run yesterday from ribblehead-whernie then over to ingle and back down via park fell. the dog found the muddiest puddles to lie in!!
Today I will be running to the pet shop to buy collars for my cats as some well meaning person I think is feeding them :mad: neither of them came home last night, little toe rags.

Very hard session especially the last one.
2k run there and back. very easy
2 hours around Stoop Hill, Top Withins, Ponden Kirk.
Lovely, but nearly came acropper scambling down a steep and rocky bank near the Kirk to remove something I didn't think should be there ;)
11.5 miles this afternoon on a mixture of trail paths and roads around Cronton, Pex Hill and Blundells Hill. Lovely day out running.
