Just had a Boost (yummy) last night of ale and choc before Pendle (2nd April)
3 tinnies chilling down in the freezer.
Serious weight loss for next 5 weeks. Hope to race pendle at 175lb and target time is sub56mins.

Roast Beef baguette with Veg, huge slice of chocolate cake, scone with jam and cream for tea tonight.

Invented in Naples in the late 1800s. Classic Margherita named after the then queen iirc Colours of tresh basil, mozzarella and tomato are said to represent the colours of the Italian flag*
