Huwski - i've just recognised you're aviator. i saw you on sat and the face rang a bell. i think you emailed me the route, no? i think i promised you a beer - or am I muddling things?!

Just got back - what a fantastic race!! I must admit to being a little disappointed when Scoffer announced the route change, but coming off Dale Head I could have given the MR guys a big kiss of thanks!!:D

I make it around 50 mins (based on last year), 1.9 miles and 1000ft less -although some of that would have been made up for by the effort of pulling people out of bogs!! I felt as knackered as last year anyway....

Didn't go in the Marquee, but the steel band sounded great in the field outside after several old peculiers!!

Roll on next years!!!
