One and a half hours headtorch run last night up ont hills, very pleasant and not a soul about.

a snappy hilly 6 miles before breakfast. I'm now essex bound!! for a few days.

Did a recce for Roaches Race on Nov 8th. Going to Edale tomorow to do a recce for the Skyline even though I know the area well going to stat there to do the Rab mm on Sunday. Do you ever get the feeling your doing too much.
