road run from the house
Rodley -Newlay circular
about five-ish miles

Did 10 miles down the trans pennie trail and back down the canal today,Nice and muddy :) but very flat :( did the same on monday to losen the legs from Clywydian.Resting now for Rhobell Fawr on Saturday.

six miles trail running surrounded by leaves...lush :)

(Yesturday) An nice run/walk round Snowdon . Pen-y-pass , Miners track , Y-Lliwedd , Snowdon summit , Pyg track , car , home then beer . Nice ;)

Still finding cheeky trods :)
