Today's Training

todays no training:mad:

Bl00dy cars, Yesterday suspension spring broke taking a tyre with it:mad:

Tonight on way to a race on top of the hill, pi$$ing down and blowing like stink I hit a small pot hole full of water and ripped the side wall out of another tyre:mad:

After changing tyre in near zero viz I had to return home and explain to wife why she will be late to work tommorow:(

no run today , not a happy bunny

It is a club race but if you turned up I don't think they tell you to go away:p

Penistone, Pennine and occ Totley come and join in, I was on my way to a Penistone club race tonght

Not sure If i'll be there as I'm away with my daughter but hope to be there (car permitting)

probable wouldn't have got a PB any way;)

90 mins in the gales

In places the cross winds were so strong it kept blowing one leg into the other:mad:

I run sideways when that happens.
