How would you know what they announce over the tannoy at races these days?

One of the organisers of the Manx mountain marathon saw my pony vest at a race a while back and asked was it a real club, because he recieved a few entries claiming to be fell ponies. He thought it was a joke, i convinced him otherwise.

We'd the same response at Longmynd a couple of years back but were very warmly received.....rapturously one might say!
