Cracking event indeed! Really nice route. Had my fill of custard creams. Stonking proper stew at the end.
Dogruf - did you do it?

Dantodman: I set off 8:15 and teamed up with Andy Horsfall, Gary Traviss and another Tod Harrier in the cloud on Rough Hill. Finished in a bit of a state in 3:27.
Socks: Where were the custard creams and stew? No one offer us any food at CP's or finish.
Spookster - I was sat down when you arrived back I had my orange pertex top on and was drinking a coffee.
Did you have a black top on ?
Was interesting that first section in the cloud. I know it better than most and still went a little astray a couple of times. You would have been fine with Andy and Steve they know there way around.

Here's another great one - the Settle Saunter
http://www.ldwa.org.uk/challenge_eve...event_id=10943
Not organized by LDWA but it's listed on their events schedule.
It goes from Settle to the top of Ingleborough and back (26 miles) but there are shorter variants as well.
Yeh Socks I did it lovely day out, got to start then realised i'd left my map in car so off i shot when i got back it'd already started so had to pick my way thru bemused walkers to catch runners up,suprised at lack of runners in it for such a nice well run event
Very slow Linda, but glad to be back and jogging. Despite being on home turf I managed to misplace the route at one point and added an extra mile. Think I finished up doing about 14mls which is quite far enough for me at the moment. The organisers were kind enough to trust me to post them my entry fee after I turned up having left my cash at home...:o
Well done Tussock
