Cheers Ian It is very hard image to take. From the summit of Causey Pike it covered the whole of the northern sky, As I started to climb it was like the sky was on fire, By the time we descended it hard turned bluer.Quote:

I thought it was you as I descended with my son, Ben and his friend Harry, but wasn't sure to start with, then I saw Yiannis and he told me what you were up to. Yiannis seemed very concerned he wouldn't catch up if he stopped to chat to me! What a day to do it on - one of the best, enjoyed by the hoardes on scafell pike including a man in a banana costume.
John, it was nice meeting you up there. I never saw the banana man on Scafell Pike. Mind you, there was little spare time to look around as Nicky was pushing on relentlessly. We just managed to squeeze in a short photo session by the trig point.Quote:
