Personally I think that swearing, with a bit of art and timing, is quite big and clever.
Then again, I think this is quite funny, so I'm probably not the best person to ask.

I haven't been posting while I was at work.
As a habitual lurker and occasional poster I get the impression that most of the very regular posters on here are either new to fell running and not yet in clubs, or members of small or non-fell running clubs. That I think is the real value of this forum, i.e. providing the support and advice that traditionally clubs have provided. That's not a criticism. What seems to happen is that people join the forum, post like mad, then eventually join a club and drift away from the forum.Quote:
