Under 8's run was about 1/2 mile, not sure how far older kids were running but it was steadily increasing though the age groups.

my 2 lads are a bit mard (to say the least), so the shorter the distances the better!

oh life just gets better, i have booked my self an IRATA training course, at Tebay starting Monday the 2 for a week!
it eaiser to book a cottage for accommodation for the week, the cottage i found is surprisingly at Threlkeld and its ready for me to move into on the Friday:D
for the week!
7 days of training on ropes, hills, beer! ;)
