I'm chilling tonight too. A bit of messing about on the wobble board will be it for me :)
Im resting my blisters...probably all week as well.:(
Managed to resist going for a run or ride this morning, just did core work instead.
Looks so nice outside though !
11 hour work day, no time for a run, got bloody road rage instead:mad:
Nice rest today, work for a couple of hours, then meal and piss-up with the family in Manc tonight :)
Only 2 runs since sunday 14th!!! Getting bored of rest
3 weeks off for me now. Going to be bored soon but it's a pretty good feeling not having that voice in your head saying 'it's time to train.'
You injured Will, or just chilling?
Lots of resting today, especially as I wasn't in work, though I did walk down to the village for a loaf of bread but I won't put that in my Sportracks log :)
Can't get up any enthusiasm to go for a run which is unlike me. I've not run since the LDMT, Probably doing the the 3S's this weekend.
Best try again tomorrow.
3 days off, maybe tomorrow, who knows?
Glad to see my beer didn't poison you, IanDP.
I was going to go out for a ride on my bike today but my legs are destroyed from yesterdays Pennine handicap best rest up for tomorrow's hill reps...
Club champs tomorrow from Old Glossop, no running today!
I've run once in about a fortnight :o
I'd just about got going again after my two failed BG attempts over the summer, but a trip to Asia and the cold I came home with, meant a loss in momentum. About time I got myself moving again ;)
spent the day off work cuddling my 7 year old with man flu. Lots of time on the sofa watching Harry Potter films, etc. Come Sunday, it's business as usual.
If I spot a wheezy snotty bloke with a wand, that would be you then:)
Prob oot and aboot on Sunday if you spot a baldie bloke with a scruffy collie

I've been off and on ever since the Perics race in the Pyrenees this summer, damn near killed me. Since then I've struggled to get any motivation, managed a brief spell of good mountain stuff towards the end of our stay in France, then twisted my ankle on a descent and haven't been right since. So far its been over 6 weeks with about four "runs" in total. Ankle seems better now, but motivation is still hard to find now that its gone cold and dark. Plus, I have a very throaty cough and a pregnant girlfriend who's due this week. Loads of excuses...
Nice gentle walk by the river this evening and an ice cream from the van at Barden Bridge :)
hmm, last week I was looking forward to a rest week. Now Im here it's a bit rubbish, looking forward to getting back over 50mpw in the next couple of weeks
Day off work looking after poorly daughter, nice day out there, be able to get out for a trot with dog at 1.30 when the Mrs. gets home.
too warm out there for me, so relaxing on the sofa with a book and a bit of shopping online.
Sat inside doing a literature review for uni whilst it's lovely and sunny outside :(
Working in my studio...its gorgeous outside but I'm feeling ok because I'm off to run in the lakes tomorrow...hurray!!!
