I did my Cheesden Brook circuit today but missed out Deeply Hill so it was about 13k. Snow looked great in the fields only spoiled by me leaving my Walsh imprints in it :).

6.5mile on the roads last night in what felt like arctic conditions.
Bleep test in a military gym yesterday...not done one for years!

Increased cadence, shortened stride = no falling over :)

5.5 miles on snowy/icy Chevin - had to walk down the 'river track' as lethal ice in parts:( -hence only averaging 12min miles:eek:
First time out of doors proper. can't stay in for a minute longer. Walk with my daughter up to local trig. We had to turn round though due to the white out:eek:

At least the bog shouldn't be a problem...
