Well I didn't get sunburnt running over Whaley Moor to Lyme Park.:( A few sunny periods.

well it got a bit overcast yesterday, saturday was SCORCHIO though! :D Made my run very tough, and got heckled by the fishermen asking if I needed a rest and offering me beer :rolleyes:

No i resisted...errr.... wasn't too difficult to be honest they were big a scary and blokey - felt a bit silly staggering back past them an hour later after a couple of laps of the park though :o

Where ever I am not it seems to be sunny....:mad: and this isn't a metaphoric rant about my current mood its reality!!!!:eek:

Well stay away from B'ham then! It's a nice sunny day and I'm about to go out and buy a sandwich. Although my knee hurts which isn't so great.
