I'm in too!!!

I managed to fill in the form correctly this year. Last year they didn't add me to the list because I put my age on the form rather than my date of birth. I mailed the secretary and he clarified the problem. After confirming my DoB he added me to the list.

Looking at the website they do seem a bit anal with rules

Didn't make this year but not to worry, plenty of other things to do.

Ian, presumably you sent the form off first class the day it became available, like hundreds of others. I imagine the RO gets over 600 letters the next day, and it is a matter of chance which ones he opens first. Better luck next year.

What's it like? Well - last year, a club-mate who is usually a lot faster than me, finished 15mins slower, ashen faced and complaining that he'd just been 'rodgered' by a mountain.

Driving back on the Sunday hasn't been too bad for me, but when I've come back on the Monday, I've been in agony.

Yes I'm in from Lancaster. Sometimes share with others from Lonsdale FR, but sure there'd be space. No probs.

I am in too, Looking forward to it but not the DOMS afterwards, been told it is a killer for the quads.
