Varied a bit so far this year, by a couple of pounds.
However, I was 10stone 1 yesterday morning
I'll be happy to hover around the '10 stone' mark
I'm not looking forward to going on the scales tomorrow. Even though I eat rivitas during the week instead of bread and I've been quite good about snacking, I had a sneaky peak the other day and I'd gained what I lost (although I could use my hormones as an excuse). It could of course be muscle...:rolleyes:
Gained some. Now 64kg again.
I think a rebound in weight after being poorly last time and comfort eating after finding out I need surgery

Progressed has slowed but by some miracle not stopped - 145lb - a grand loss of 0.5lb :o
Must try harder but am blaming the Trog!
After 71 Kg yesterday morning, this morning I am rounding up to 71.5Kg, pretty happy with progress. I am achieving it by running more rather than being more disciplined about food intake.
82.3 kg - not as much lost as I expected.
162.4lb Still going down, lowest I've been since a teenager.
69kg. Going in the right direction. Must be that compass I swallowed...
