10 mile in the snow today. 5 mile at 10.00am and another 5 at 8pm tonight in even deeper snow on Pex Hill.
A nice 5 miler in the snow with the missus. Fast climb of about 350m, nice to run fast in the snow on descents almost stops my craving for other mountain sports...
no running now for 2 weeks, bad cold last week and snow playing havoc... yes i know it's only waist deep.. but after walking round in it for 6 hours the last thing i wish or want to do is run in the stuff..
Same as yesterday, very fast pace, 1hr30mins on the local fells.
5 miles around clayton vale great run as there was absolutely no one about haha ;)
No work today so a lovely run in the sunshine- no hills to speak of as I ran from home but an hour and half of pure fun. Had on metal studded O shoes and cruised along to the puzzlement of some walkers I passed. First run since pre Xmas as we have been away skiing. Great. Plesae can we have more snow so I can run again tomorrow, and Thurs, and Fri....

I did a nice 45 minute five mile easy run along the banks of the river Severn in fresh snow. It were lovely, especially seeing the cormorants on the other bank.
