six miles on the moors last night, lovely clear night.
Since the Edale Skyline i have been mostly.....
walking the dog,
and will be until the weekend, to give the hip/thigh strain that i have chance to clear up. then back into three peaks training
Not quite, he is only six months old though, so I'm sure he'll be up to a few shorter runs by the end of summer though. He seemed to be at the park the other day, the little sod ;o)

it's gonna drive me nuts tapering in the last 10 days or so before the marathon.
Training is taking a toll though, am often in bed by 9pm lately and sleeping through until 6ish
9 miles , ache all over :(
it hurts after edale , even my kneck, ouch
easy 35 mins - 50% road, 50% down in the woods - glad cold wind had relented.
Got a run in this morning, woo hoo, 5 mile ssteady, all my niggle started hurting by the end of it though. Nice to be out again.
